In battery simulators, such as Battery Pack/Module laboratory and Manufacturing Test Systems for Li-ion battery cell formation, the equipment range typically spans from 10A to 1500A, with accuracy ranging from 0.05% FS to 0.03% FS. Laboratory equipment can achieve accuracy as high as 0.01% FS + 0.01% RD. The accuracy of the equipment directly impacts battery performance and consistency. ANC-M series sensors offer accuracy up to 10ppm, while ANC-I series reaches 500ppm, providing improved sampling feedback units for power devices, enhancing precision and resolution. Additionally, the products have a response time of up to 1μs, supporting faster response speeds.
In electric drive and motor testing, ANC's sensors are widely used in motor test benches. With higher motor speeds in electric vehicles (EVs) and higher conversion frequencies in electric drive systems, ANC's advanced zero-fluxgate technology effectively shields EMC interference. With a bandwidth of up to 600KHz, it accurately measures electrical parameters for high-performance control. This capability enables highly realistic vehicle testing, which is fundamental for successful electric vehicle testing.
